We are trying to cut down on meat intake around here in 2019. Our rule of thumb is to only make 3 meat dishes a week. The trick is that we have to find vegetarian meals that are as filling as the meaty meals we are used to. The name of the game is to not hear “will there be chicken with this” from my husband. Here are three recipes never posted to the blog that have been approved for our standard rotation.
